How visits work
Be prepared
What to have ready for your first visit
None of this is a test. If you're missing something from the list, join the visit anyway; we'll sort it out together.
- A photo ID and your insurance card
- A list of current medications and doses (or the bottles themselves)
- Names of any current or past mental health providers
- For minors: a parent or legal guardian present for the video visit, and any custody paperwork that affects consent
- Your questions, written down if that helps; there is no wrong question
Hours are monday – friday, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm, and every visit is a secure video appointment. A few minutes before your start time, find a private, comfortable spot and test your camera.
If this is an emergency, do not use this website. Forms and messages are not monitored for urgent medical needs. In a crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Ready when you are.
